Our Totten Inlet farm is actually made up of several smaller farms. These include tidelands in Oyster Bay, tidelands near Steamboat Island, and the excellent mussel growing waters of Gallagher’s Cove. These small inlets and bays provide a variety of growing conditions for a cornucopia of shellfish species. From various points around the inlet one can view the Olympic Mountains, Mount Rainier, and the Black Hills. Small wonder that with the changing of the seasons and the weather, each day working the inlet’s tidelands seems like a new experience.
