  1. One of the easiest stunners in our recipe box; simply mix the bbq sauce mozzarella and parsley and top each oyster with a generous dollop of sauce and cheese before sprinkling bread crumbs over the top.
  2. Carefully place oysters on your grill’s gate using tongs and cover the grill, cooking for 5-7 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is visibly gooey.
  3. Remove from the grill with tongs and serve hot.
